Brad Percival, Project Manager
Brad brings more than 17 years’ experience in commercial construction to NDC. His career includes roles as both a Project Manager and Project Superintendent working with large firms and notable clients. Brad’s ability to look at projects from two different perspectives allows him to provide holistic insight in planning schedules and providing daily coordination with subcontractors. With humor and rapport, the most important skillset he brings to NDC is his ability to collaborate and build solid relationships.
Lucia Johnston, Project Manager
Lucia is a registered Interior Designer/Project Manager with 37 years of experience working with large organizations. Her expertise in high-end facilities is especially important in her role at NDC as we continue to expand the size and scope of project assignments. As a Project Manager, Lucia’s quiet leadership style moves projects forward with active listening and a team approach. We were proud to recognize her positive attitude, confidence and focus in the New England Real Estate Journal 2021 Women in Construction.
