PROJECT MANAGER (5+ years of experience)

Join us at Network Design and Construction Inc., where customer satisfaction is our top priority. As a Project Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day project management tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery for projects ranging from $50K-$10M.
Qualifications include experience in commercial construction project management, procurement, expediting, logistics, strong organizational skills, and 5+ years relevant experience. SUPERINTENDENT (5-10 years of experience)
Engaging opportunity at NDC Corp. for a Superintendent with 5-10 years of experience! If you have a background in commercial Design-Build and commercial New Construction, managing projects from $500k to $20 million, and a strong focus on customer service, this might be the perfect fit for you.
Key responsibilities include overseeing projects from site work to owner turnover, leading meetings, tracking subcontractor time and materials, prioritizing Health and Safety, managing RFIs, submittals, procurement, and punch lists, as well as handling scheduling. Strong communication and team building skills are a must.
