Nicole Philips, Senior Project Manager

Nicole joined NDC in 2016 as a Project Manager. In her new role as a Senior Project Manager she works with all Project Managers and oversees daily project operations from the initial Notice to Proceed through the Final Closeout.

 

 

 

 

 

Noah Sheffy, Superintendent

Noah joined NDC in 2015 as Project Engineer. In his new role as Superintendent he coordinates with all team members, including Owners, Architects, Vendors, and Subcontractors, and is responsible for site safety conformance and quality control compliance.
