NDC coordinated and oversaw a multi-phased renovation of this 5,689 s.f. VCA Animal Hospital while it stayed fully operational for staff and patients. The team worked closely with doctors and staff to keep critical spaces like surgery and treatment rooms accessible throughout construction. Scope included new millwork, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing to update the hospital's look and function, plus exterior upgrades with new EIFS soffit and column enclosures on the front façade.
