Animal Hospital Renovation

NDC completed a complete gut and renovation of this 7,605 s.f. animal hospital while it remained fully occupied. The dated kennel space was transformed into a functioning surgical, dental, and x-ray suite, and the cramped, outdated treatment area became an open-concept treatment/pharmacy suite for improved efficiency. An existing office block adjacent to the exam rooms was demolished and combined into an exam room hall with three new exam rooms and four rehabbed existing rooms. Scope also included new finishes and millwork, lead-lined x-ray facilities, and updated HVAC and plumbing systems.
