Trinity Health's Medical Office fit-out consisted of creating Outpatient Treatment Areas, Office Spaces, Staff Lounge Seating, Waiting Areas, Locker Room as well as Mechanical/Electrical spaces & Storage. NDC worked alongside the Owner's Representative, Architect and Engineer to coordinate the interior renovation which included demolition to re-configure the usage of their building's existing layout, HVAC, plumbing and electrical and fixture upgrades with finishes including millwork, paint, acoustical ceiling work, doors, window replacements, and flooring/tiling.
