Project Details
NDC completed an interior and exterior renovation of a 2,300 s.f. former bank branch, transforming it into a new, contemporary facility built for modern banking needs. Honoring Torrington Savings Bank's community-first approach, the project team partnered with Phase Zero Design and a roster of local subcontractors, with the bank's CEO, CFO, and V.P./Security Officer serving as key team members throughout. When unexpected conditions and scope changes threatened the tight timeline, the team leaned on transparency and close communication to deliver on schedule — celebrating with a grand opening that included donations to five area non-profits.
