Situated on the third floor of an actively utilized office building, NDC was chosen to transform the current space into offices for SoNE Health. Collaborating closely with the client and architect during both the design and construction phases, NDC oversaw an extensive interior renovation. This encompassed demolition to facilitate a reconfiguration of the existing office layout, the construction of offices and a lobby, along with upgrades to electrical systems and fixtures. The project also involved various finishes such as millwork, paint, acoustical ceilings, doors, window treatment and flooring. At the landlord's request, we also updated the common areas on the third floor that included new flooring and paint along with updating a new space for potential future occupants.
