NDC led this 3,400 s.f. design/build project from demolition through move-in, tearing down the existing facility and constructing a new prefabricated metal building on a concrete foundation. Scope included new site drainage, interior restrooms, and full MEP systems, with the facility tied into existing city water, sewage, and drainage lines.
