NDC delivered a 13,000 s.f. first-floor medical office fit-out to support Pulmonary and HVI services. The space was reconfigured with minimal interior demolition to limit disruption to the existing building, with strategic excavation and trenching for new underground utilities followed by a new concrete slab. Scope included upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and healthcare-compliant finishes throughout, resulting in a fully functional clinical environment for specialized pulmonary and HVI care.
