Phased renovation of exam, lab, pharmacy, and reception areas. The building was occupied and patients were being seen during the construction process. At the front of the building, the existing concrete ramp and footings were removed and replaced. New exterior air handling units were installed and connected to the upgraded HVAC system. Throughout the second and third floors, new VRFs and flooring were installed.
