NDC renovated 6,100 s.f. of office space, starting with selective demolition of existing walls, floors, and ceilings while protecting electrical and mechanical systems slated to remain. New sound-rated walls went up with triple-layer drywall on each side, followed by new paint, flooring, and ceilings throughout. Floor-to-ceiling acoustical panels were installed in sound booth rooms alongside a bank of lockers. Scope also included a new employee break room with lounge seating and interactive TVs, plus a full bathroom renovation with new fixtures, partitions, flooring, and millwork.
