Project Details
As part of a larger 20,000 s.f. three-phase owner-occupied gut and renovation, NDC built out a 900 s.f. café and employee lounge. The space features custom millwork booth seating, stone-countered coffee and food prep stations, and small concession stands, finished with high-end materials throughout. Scope included wood cloud ceilings, new MEP systems, an access flooring system, and branding millwork — delivering a fully functioning employee café and lounge.
