Project Details
After being abandoned for 30 years, Building 2 is the first of five buildings to be rehabilitated as part of a multi-phased project to convert the former Ball & Socket Button Factory into a regional arts and entertainment center. Building 2 was brought back to life by restoring and replacing the wood siding and the restoration of the original wooden windows, doors and hardware. Inside was completely fit-out with modern mechanical systems.
