Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- Proven track record managing projects of $10M or greater
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (AIA, CMAA, design-build)
- Deep understanding of construction methods, building systems, and sequencing
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and written/verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead preconstruction planning including scope definition, scheduling, phasing, and logistics
- Develop and maintain master project schedules (CPM/Gantt) and ensure milestone adherence
- Oversee project budgets ranging from $5M to $100M+, managing cost reporting and forecasting
- Coordinate design, permitting, and regulatory approval processes
Team & Subcontractor Management
- Direct and mentor project engineers, superintendents, and administrative staff
- Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and vendor contracts
- Conduct regular project meetings, progress reviews, and performance evaluations
- Resolve field conflicts, RFIs, and design issues in a timely manner
Client & Stakeholder Relations
- Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and government agencies
- Provide regular project status reports, executive summaries, and financial updates
- Manage owner change orders, claims, and contract modifications
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Champion a safety-first culture in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
- Oversee quality control programs and ensure work meets contract specifications
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and permit conditions
Financial Management
- Manage monthly pay applications, job cost reports, and cash flow projections
- Identify and mitigate financial risks; drive cost savings through value engineering
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices, change orders, and material purchases
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience ($110,000 – $160,000 DOE)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of preconstruction or estimating experience on commercial projects
- Working knowledge of Sage, On-Screen Takeoff, or equivalent estimating software
- Familiarity with CM-at-Risk, GMP, and Design-Build delivery methods
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and means & methods
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with owners and trade partners
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
Responsibilities
Conceptual Estimating & Budgeting
- Develop preliminary budgets and conceptual estimates from schematics or narratives
- Lead quantity takeoffs across major scopes (structural, MEP, envelope)
- Track historical cost data and apply it to current pricing
Schedule & Phasing
- Establish preliminary project schedules and phasing plans during pursuit
- Identify long-lead items and procurement strategy early
- Coordinate logistics planning with operations and field leadership
Subcontractor Engagement
- Develop subcontractor bid lists and solicit pricing during preconstruction
- Lead value engineering exercises with trade partners
- Review scopes, gaps, and exclusions during bid leveling
Client & Design Team Coordination
- Serve as primary preconstruction contact for owners and design teams
- Lead design assist meetings, constructability reviews, and cost-driven decisions
- Prepare preconstruction deliverables for owner presentations
Compensation & Benefits
